Continuous Runner Crushing Machine RUNNERBREAKER that can be installed in the line

It is a completely new crusher that solves various problems of the conventional runner crusher.
A crushing system (patented) with a unique three-dimensional structure crushes only the runners that must be crushed.
As a result, the dissolution efficiency of the runner is improved, which contributes to the reduction of running costs and environmental protection.

Crushing process

1. Input
The object to be crushed is put in from the upper part of the crusher. Crushed material smaller than the distance between the two blades will fall and be discharged as it is, and large and long crushed material will stay between the two blades.
2. Start crushing
The moving blade is advanced in a fan shape to crush the remaining crushed material.
3. Crush
Items that are not crushed by one crushing operation stay between the two blades until they are crushed. The moving blade repeatedly moves back and forth, and the remaining crushed material is gradually crushed into small pieces.
4. Discharge
The size after crushing can be changed by adjusting the distance between the two blades.

Due to the positional movement, the crushing direction does not change and uniform crushing cannot be expected. In addition, when a large crushed material enters, it is crushed by repeatedly applying crushing pressure, but during this period, retention of other runways occurs.
The accuracy changes depending on the ability of the worker and the time allowance. You can't hope for the crushing of big things.
(5) Crushing dimensions
The input dimension can be set electrically by moving the position of the blade.
The dimensions after crushing can be adjusted even after introduction depending on the position of the fulcrum.
